Pennsylvania Supreme Court extends March 19th Order preventing eviction and foreclosure proceedings

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has extended their March 19th Order preventing eviction and foreclosure proceedings that actually obtain orders that take possession of a property and displace the owner of the property. This prohibition on landlords and lenders ends April 30, 2020, unless extended again.
