Marc Scaringi fights against civil forfeiture abuses by law enforcement

This week Marc Scaringi took his fight against civil forfeiture abuses by law enforcement to the state Capitol and to the airwaves. On Tuesday, Marc spoke at a press conference in the Capitol Rotunda in favor of legislation that, among other provisions, would require someone be convicted of a crime before authorities could attempt to seize assets through civil forfeiture. Marc on Wednesday then debated Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Vetri Ferman on WITF's Smart Talk hosted by Scott LaMar.
