Marc Scaringi to discuss the NSA's spying program and jury nullification at 7:30 a.m. Saturday, February 22 with radio show host Lou Jasikoff.
Tune in to 94.3 FM "The Talker'' at 7:30 a.m. Saturday, February 22 to hear Marc talk with show host Lou Jasikoff about how the National Security Agency's collection of data on nearly all phone calls within the United States poses, "one of the largest attacks on the 4th Amendment in the country's history.''
It is high time for President Barack Obama to put an end to the NSA's program, Marc insists.
"Freedom is what our country is founded upon,'' Marc says. "First and foremost, we should be free from the government's intrusion into our lives."
Marc will also discuss jury nullification, when a jury acquits a defendant because they either disagree with the law or believe the law should not have been applied in a particular case.
